Return and Replacement Conditions:

  1. Condition Verification:
    Customers should inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage, defect, or wrong product to the “Customer Relationship Management Department” with picture/video proof.
  2. Time Limit:
    Complaints are valid for 3 days from the day of product receipt. For electronics items, there’s a 15-day replacement guarantee for defective/non-functioning items.
  3. Product Eligibility:
    Used/swatched or liquid/semi-liquid products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  4. Purchase Decision:
    Once purchased, products won’t be exchanged or returned due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with smell, texture, color, design, etc.
  5. Seal Integrity:
    Return policy is not valid after the seal is broken, or if the product doesn’t suit the customer.

Special Circumstances:

  1. Mistaken Orders:
    Exchange for mistakenly ordered products may be possible with payment for return and resend costs, depending on the product type and management discretion.
  2. Lingerie Items:
    Consult with female consultants for sizes/measurements. Bottoms (panty) are non-exchangeable/non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Documentation:
    Original invoice and intact/undamaged product packaging box (where applicable) must be returned with the product.
  2. Courier Charges:
    Free pick-up is arranged for Chattogram residents. For those outside Chattogram, return via Sundarban Courier Service. Validated claims will be reimbursed for courier charges.
